FOUNDER / EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – SALES & MARKETING

Sebastian Oriri – Executive Director and Founder of Edo C&M PPP Company Ltd formerly known as Edo Construction, has more than 12 years of progressively responsible experience directing our parent company Joseb Communications Ltd of which management has been outsourced: Sebastian Oriri holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business from Hertfordshire International College, United Kingdom.

 

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – INVESTMENTS & LEGAL SERVICES

Adetutu Talabi – Among her significant previous positions in the legal and trade sectors in Nigeria, Adetutu was part of a team of Counsel that successfully defended the Vessel “San Padre Pio” and its crew members at the Federal High Court and Court of Appeal, against the charge of illegal oil trade on Nigerian Coastal Waters.  Adetutu also is a distinguished member of the Nigeria Society of Legal practitioners, and numerous other Professional/International Trade Associations. Adetutu holds a Master of Law - LLM International Trade & Investment Law in Africa, from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.

 

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – Environment & Safety Engineering Management.

 MR BAMIDELE OGUNJE – 15 years' experience in environment safety engineering management projects in multiple industries.  An excellent professional that has gained expertise in the oil and gas industries, on general aspects of environmental and safety engineering management services.

 

 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – Risk Management & Insurance

 MR MAGNUS OMOROGBE – 23 years' experience in Insurance business transformation projects in multiple industries.  An excellent dynamic insurance professional that allows for the unison of both IT and Business synergy.
